2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, on servers in Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Server log files are kept by the hosting provider for a short time only and then deleted automatically.

3. Booking form

Details you enter in the booking form (name, email, event type, date, location, message) are sent to me by email and used only to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, or your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a), which you may withdraw at any time). For spam protection, a hash of your IP address is stored for at most one hour.

4. Fonts

All fonts are served locally from this server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made.

5. Spotify player (two-click solution)

The artist pages can embed a player by Spotify AB (Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden). It is only loaded after you click “Load Spotify player”; before that, no data is sent to Spotify. Afterwards Spotify receives your IP address and may set cookies (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). If you tick “Remember”, your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage (rjm_spotify_ok); delete the site data in your browser to revoke it. Spotify privacy policy.

6. YouTube videos (two-click solution)

The artist pages can embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). A video is only loaded after you click “Load YouTube video”; before that, no data is sent to YouTube. Afterwards YouTube/Google receives your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies; data may be transferred to the USA (Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). 7. Apple Music and Amazon Music players (two-click solution)

The artist pages can also embed players by Apple Music (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland) and Amazon Music (Amazon Media EU S.à r.l., 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg). A player is only loaded after you click “Load Apple Music player” or “Load Amazon player”; before that, no data is sent to the provider. Afterwards the provider receives your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies; data may be transferred to the USA (Apple and Amazon are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). 8. Links and no tracking

Links to music platforms and social networks (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, iMusician), including those on the link pages under “/links/”, are plain links; data is only transferred when you open them. This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

If you close the notice at the bottom of the screen with “OK”, this is noted in your browser's localStorage (rjm_notice_ok) so the notice does not appear again. No data is sent to us or third parties.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent. Contact royjonesmusic@web.de.
